NLP is practical, pragmatic and behavior based technique which makes it relatively simple to understand and easy to immediately put into practice. The core ideas can be used as a tool for improving the quality of people lives by anyone who appreciates them.

Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is a behavioral technology which harnesses the interaction between the brain, language and the body, providing the know-how to build the components of effective strategies quickly for all challenges. NLP helps people learn fast, achieve more efficiently and easily with a sense of fun, excitement, with less stress and especially without the fear of failure.

Founded by Dr. Richard Bandler and John Grinder, NLP explores the relationship between how our mind thinks (Neuro) and how we communicate verbally and non-verbally (Linguistic) and the Patterns of our Emotions and Behavior (Programming).

They developed a structure of tools and skills that enabled anyone to precisely model the subtle distinctions that made the difference between an excellent performer and an average performer. In order to consistently produce exceptional desired result, NLP is the right technology. NLP has its applications in various fields such as sports, education, personal life, coaching, business management, stress management etc. It helps you to study and replicate the models of human excellence.

NLP has historically been referred to as a ‘users manual for the brain’. Those who study this life science, gain insight into how our thinking patterns influence every other aspect of our day-to-day lives.

Whole Brain Learning:

High-energy, Hyper-focused method

First developed in 1999, Whole Brain Teaching promotes a high-energy, hyper-focused method where teachers use game-like challenges, key words, and motivational methods, while eliciting continuous spoken responses from their students to keep them fully engaged every minute.

Whole brain teaching strategies emphasize active learning. This type of instructional approach was derived from studies that found that when you tap into both hemispheres of the brain (left and right), learners are better able to make connections. In whole brain learning, teachers may use guided meditation to help build a more relaxed atmosphere, while students are encourage to visualize, draw, and act out what they are learning. Essentially, whole brain training strategies are tapping into the way the brain works best.
